Kevin Stone, RN

Less than a week ago, my nephew was admitted to the ICU for acute liver failure, and today, we said goodbye. As you can imagine, this has been a heartbreaking experience for everyone in our family, especially my sister. However, throughout the entire process, my sister was very grateful for the care that the nurses at Mercy General Hospital provided, especially for nurse Kevin. Kevin was so kind, compassionate, attentive, and understanding. Kevin took amazing care of our nephew, our son, and our grandchild until the last minutes of his life. There is no way to say that this was a good experience, but Kevin's attentiveness and care were exceptional, and we are very grateful.

Please tell all those who took care of my son, and most especially Kevin, that we truly appreciate their support and compassion. We will always remember them.
