After a scary situation with our mother, Keyara made us feel everything was going to be okay. Her bright and bubbly personality put all our fears to rest. She was wonderful with our mother, she spoke with the utmost respect and compassion to her, she brushed her hair, brushed her dentures. Even when our mother was intubated she talk to her and not at her and explained everything to her.

Keyara gives the best of herself to her patients. UPMC, you are lucky to have someone so amazing and caring as Keyara and my family was blessed to have someone so loving and caring as Keyara to take care of our mother. Our mother is our world and Keyara blessed our world. Our mother hated to be transferred to another room because she didn't want to leave Keyara. You can tell that she really loves her job and her patients.
