In our family’s toughest times, she never failed to shed some light of hope on my mother who was in this unit. Our entire family witnessed her extraordinary care, competence, and compassion in caring for our mother, who needed it the most. Her presence was truly a safe space for us—a breath of relief and reassurance.   

There was a moment I remember so clearly. We were all exhausted and emotionally drained, unsure of what would happen next. But there she was, calm and focused, yet always offering us a smile or a few words of encouragement. It wasn’t something she had to do; it’s simply who she is. In her own quiet way, she gave us strength. It was as if, in the midst of all the uncertainty, her compassion held everything together.

We would love for other patients and families to experience her genuine passion for ensuring the well-being of everyone she comes across. This nurse, in her own simple ways, is our family’s superhero.
