I have been in and out of too many hospitals. While the nursing profession requires that one wants to do work, Khatera excels at providing warm and compassionate care. The masks may hide a smile, but I see it in her eyes and voice. It really makes a big difference. She is certainly a professional I trust and value; it is her exceptional interpersonal skills that make her stand out. She pushed me and encouraged me like an old friend would do. Because of the care, I received from Khatera (and the others I came in contact with) VHC is now and will be my first choice. Thank you Khatera! She embodies what being an exceptional nurse is!
