First of all, I want to thank all the staff of Ward 5C for taking care of me during my hospitalization. But of course, if we’re talking about caregiving, some stand out.
Ms. Khersalie Klarize is kind, respectful, easy to talk to, and very approachable. She truly monitors me even when it’s her night shift. I’ve seen how she interacts with other patients. She shows affection and care in every action and word, and even with the guards, she’s kind.
Is attentive to patients, gives medication on time, and always checks on patients; skillful in caregiving procedures and treats patients properly. She is very concerned about how the patient feels and what the patient needs. She immediately responds to the patients as needed.
She aways checks on patients on time, even when they’re asleep. She made a positive impact during our hospital stay.
