Khrisna shows up to work ready to give her best effort each day - placing a heavy emphasis on patient safety and their long-term recovery.
"I have never seen someone work as hard as she does," a colleague wrote in a nomination letter. "Every day she walks into work showing compassion and care with a smile on her face."
Khrisna is always approachable and willing to help with nursing and other tasks when the department is in need. If she suspects that a patient might need assistance with their at-home recovery, she goes out of her way to ensure the safety of the patient.
"Our patients can't have a smooth recovery without our case managers, and Khrisna is the best," a colleague wrote. "It is a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated and compassionate person."
