Khristia is able to deliver above and beyond compassionate care to my twin babies and is very diligent and patient in handling her patients. She is able to communicate effectively and explain reasons for nursing actions and relay information in a respectful manner if there is a request that can't be fulfilled due to justifiable reasons. That way the relatives/caregiver of the patient feels that they are being acknowledged and not neglected/taken granted for.
In connection with this, she is able to manage her time effectively and responds efficiently to call bells to attend to her patient's needs in a timely manner. She is very sweet, cheerful and empathetic every time she enters our room. Which makes our stay lighter and makes us feel that she is taking care of her own family member.
