Kiam was the practitioner that came to meet me to discuss what to expect in the NICU for my twins who would be born prematurely. She was incredibly kind and explained things so well during a conversation that occurred at 2 am. After my twins were born and in the NICU, she continued to check in on me and the girls—even on days when she wasn’t assigned to us. She offered reassurance and peace of mind during one of the most stressful times of our lives.
