Kiana made this horrible process the best that it could be under the circumstances.
Kiana cared for my father for several days in a row. His prognosis was not good and the compassion she showed for her patient and our entire family is beyond words. She answered endless questions, sought answers when she wasn’t sure, and consistently provided emotional support for all of us. She made this horrible process the best that it could be under the circumstances. I am eternally grateful that God sent her to be our nurse during this sad time.

Kiana was a blessing from above in her compassion and attentiveness to my father-in-law and the family. She was ever so gentle with him and would always stop to ask if we had any questions. In the end she clearly shared with us the end-of-life process and extended her heartfelt condolences. Her role and actions made this whole process less painful for us all.
***
Kiana was very compassionate and understanding during this difficult time. She went above and beyond in giving us support and looking after our family as much as she helped my dad. I am very impressed with her.
***
Compassionate, always willing to answer questions, and took very good care of my husband.
