Kiana's positive attitude and leadership have created a nurturing environment where learning and collaboration thrive.
Kiana has demonstrated remarkable kindness and professionalism, especially in her interactions with the new interns. From the moment the interns stepped onto the floor, Kiana made it a priority to foster a welcoming and supportive environment, making everyone feel part of a cohesive team. She regularly shared insights that improved patient care across the board. Whether it was a helpful tip on managing complex cases or her focus on patient-centered care, Kiana's contributions had a lasting impact on both the staff and the patients. Kiana's positive attitude and leadership have created a nurturing environment where learning and collaboration thrive. The sense of community she fosters benefits both staff and patients alike, ensuring that everyone is working together toward the best possible outcomes. For her exceptional kindness, commitment to patient care, and tireless efforts to help her colleagues grow, I wholeheartedly recommend Kiana Reed for the DAISY Award.

Upon arriving, she met us at the door, looked us in the eye, and informed us of his care so far. And let us prepare ourselves for what we were going to deal with when we entered the room. You could feel that the way she took care of my son while he was here was above and beyond. Not only did she care about her job and the people she was helping, but she spoke to me clearly and with compassion. I felt like she had the knowledge that was needed to be in the place where we were with my son in such a terrible time. My husband and I have met her a few times this week and look forward to talking to her. I want to say thank you again.
