Kiara Williams, RN

Kiara received a beautiful nomination from the wife of a Veteran about the wonderful care he received while admitted here at the Birmingham VA. The Veteran’s wife stated the following, “Kiara is a highly-skilled, extremely knowledgeable nurse. She effectively demonstrates the true meaning of compassion and going the extra mile for her patients. Always smiling, with a great attitude. She looks for ways to go beyond her normal nursing duties.”

Kiara truly went “above and beyond” for the Veteran. During the surprise DAISY Award celebration, she was joined by the 5 Main staff who echoed Kiara’s dedication to the Veterans!
