My interactions with Kidist were outstanding. She treats my brother like he is her family. She even treats his wife like family, explains everything she is doing and why. She is happy and polite. Kidist shows empathy and compassion. She is knowledgeable, humble, and extraordinarily responsive to the needs of the patient and their family members.
