Kiera Aulisi was my admitting nurse when I was induced. The following day, I was assigned a new nurse, but Kiera took the time to come in during my delivery to help and comfort me. The second she came in during my delivery, everything changed. Her comforting words and presence changed my whole delivery, and my pushing immediately became effective. Her presence/encouragement quite literally sped up my delivery process. She is so personable, caring, and comforting, and she connects immediately. She wasn't even assigned to me as a patient during one of her shifts, but she still came to help the staff and me. She also came and visited me multiple times when I was transferred to the postpartum unit, continuing to support me, coaching me, and answering all of my questions. Her care and support was above and beyond your average nurse. She is so caring and sweet. Her presence exuded compassion.
