Keiren has awesome confidence in his work and himself; knew where to find the equipment needed to perform the task and did it in approximately two minutes without poking and prying in my veins for 25 minutes. Very pleasant attitude and ability to make you smile in the most horrific moment. Just an additional nugget for all my team. All are very professional, pleasant and caring. However, you always have one or two that stand out with their professionalism. Thanks for your care and attention to my needs even though I was not the most pleasant patient due to the medical situation.
