Kierstyn Mickelson, RN

Kierstyn recently took care of a patient going through a difficult time. She showed empathy by comforting the patient and even shed a tear or two with her. Kierstyn went out of her way to make the patient feel special. She knew the patient liked ice cream. She made personal brownie sundaes for the patient and was always bringing her ice cream. Kierstyn has such a big heart and she wears it on her sleeve. This allows her to personalize care for every patient she takes care of. She deserves recognition. I am proud to call her my co-worker.
