Kiffany Smith, RN

Kiffany Smith has been an amazing addition to our team in the ED. She embodies compassion with patients and their families. She goes above and beyond for patients in their time of need. She's extremely knowledgeable as an ED nurse, and as the unit charge nurse, she has brought a level of professionalism and is a strong leader while also being a mentor and friend. She's patient, kind, courteous, and will gladly take the brunt of the workload upon herself if needed. She ensures that all the patients receive the best care and are treated with compassion every time she is on shift. I would like to recognize her for the hard work she puts into her team and the exceptional nursing care she provides to her patients.
