Kiley Achen lights up the room—and not just with her red hair! She was the perfect nurse to care for my dad during his recent stay. She was amazing. When his heart went into an abnormal rhythm, she came running. She stayed by his side, encouraging and reassuring. She laughed and joked when he needed a pick-me-up and was so sensitive when tears were welling up.

She reassured us of the plan and told us she was watching his rhythms/monitor like a hawk. We felt and appreciated her watchful eye. Kiley made the scary days easier and lighter, and we are so grateful. She clearly loves what she does and loved my dad while he was in her care. With her help, he is on the mend, and we can’t thank you and the whole cardiology team enough!
