I truly want to thank and recognize Kiley for taking the time to act on our value of compassion with a very grumpy patient. Kiley took the time to shave a patient that had been here for over a month. This patient is not nice to staff most of the time, but she totally made his night. He was so happy and said how nice it felt to be shaved. She took time out of her busy night to make sure he felt good about himself. He had a smile on his face that I had not seen before. Thank you! You rock!
