We were thankful for the time Kiley took today to explain what is going on medically with our dad, how this diagnosis might affect his health, and how he is being treated. Further, Kiley took the time to listen to our concerns going forward and arranged to have someone come to talk to him about issues at home. After some days of confusion about dad's care, talking to Kiley was a great help and helped to answer our questions. She spoke with professionalism and compassion.
