Throughout the entire hospice journey, Kim exemplified the mission, vision, and values of Good Samaritan. Her love and kindness were continually above and beyond. She kept us informed and was always there to answer our questions. Kim not only provided the best possible care for J but was so supportive of our entire family as we faced the most difficult time of our lives. For example, my granddaughter moved up her wedding because J had commented, "I can't miss my baby's wedding". Kim became very involved in making this happen. The day of the wedding, J was very sick. It appeared that she would not get to attend the wedding. Kim was bound and determined that J would not only attend the wedding, be part of the big day, but also that she would feel good. Kim was at the house the entire day on her own time giving her fluids at a slow rate. Her efforts paid off as J had a wonderful time at the wedding and many special memories were created for our entire family. Kim, you will always hold a special place in our hearts. You are truly an angel! How blessed we are to have you at Good Samaritan. You are making such a difference in so many lives.
