I was scheduled to have imaging done on a day I was scheduled to work, so I called to get it rescheduled. Kim was the one scheduling these, and she was kind enough to move her own schedule around so I could have it done. Once I got there, Kim explained everything very clearly and really connected on a personal level. She had the best patient care I've seen, even working in the hospital myself. The procedure was a little painful, as she explained, and she could tell it was hurting pretty bad. Without any hesitation, she grabbed my hand to hold it and let me squeeze it to take focus away from the pain. Kim was the sweetest person, and you could tell she really loves what she does.
