A patient who had recent surgery left for home at discharge. The order for a walker wasn’t faxed soon enough and the patient wasn’t able to pick it up after discharge. Kim arranged with the pharmacy to pick up the walker and take it to the patient after she worked all day. Kim went above and beyond to make sure this patient was safe and satisfied. Thank you, Kim.
