Kim goes beyond the call of duty to manage her staff and the patients and families that come to the department. She often works alongside her staff doing patient care and teaching. She is committed to excellence in all areas of customer service and is a role model and mentor for her staff. She's recently taken on training a large group of new grads which takes a lot of patience, coordination, and encouragement.
