My husband and I were admitted unexpectedly to deliver our daughter at 19 weeks. Much to our sorrow, our baby passed away. Kim was so compassionate and attentive throughout the entire process. She did amazing under these overwhelming circumstances. If it were not for Kim we would have left the hospital in a very dark place. She gave me a glimmer of hope and love and for that we are forever grateful.
