My daughter has had some pretty significant health issues for the last few years and has had to go out of the area to a large children's hospital. Kim has been able to get my daughter in on an 'emergency basis' on a drop of a dime. She makes sure that my daughter has everything she needs as well as my family. She calls doctors from out of the area to make appointments. She has always made sure that we get whatever it is we need including looking and finding whatever funding is available to us so that we can make it to doctors' appointments.
To try and to put into words what she does not only for me but for other children and parents is hard. She has gone out of her way to provide emotional support and relieve stress. She listens and is always able to reassure and offer hugs. She is caring kind loving understanding!
My daughter has had several health issues from failure to thrive to severe dental issues so she has had to see many specialists. Kim made sure that my daughter got into to see every single one of these specialists and even made it all happen all in one day. I'm not sure if you know how hard that is to get done at a large children's hospital? It is darn near impossible.
Kim goes out of her way to make sure all of the kids at the pediatric clinic get whatever they need. Without Kim, I know that we wouldn't have made it down to get my daughter the necessary care she needed, and still needs.
I believe that without Kim we would have had it so much worse than we did. Kim cries with us when we are successful and makes sure that no child is left behind when it comes to the help any child needs. Thank you, Kim, we all owe you so very much!
