Kim Clemons is an exceptional leader. She is always willing to do what is best for the patients and her teams. She adapts to any situation with ease and sets a good example for staff and co-workers being new to leadership. She has always been willing to help me with whatever I need. She has built the Cath lab program from scratch, aided in the building process, and then worked the program up. Now with moving services to downtown, she has transition services and works with staff to make the change. She has done a great job getting staff on board with the change and keeping morale up during the transition. That is not an easy task to do. She is also never going to ask something of her staff that she won't do. She is always jumping into scrub cases or taking a nursing assignment that day. She is a true example of exemplifying the Dupont Difference in Leadership and deserves recognition.
