Our patient had an undiagnosed percreta at 28 weeks that began hemorrhaging intra abdominally. Kim Cser orchestrated events by very quickly getting to the OR and facilitated delivery and care of the preterm newborn. She was absolutely critical in making good decisions for the best possible outcome for the mother and baby. She is superb!! She absolutely deserves Seton's highest nursing award. Kim displayed excellent leadership skills while communicating effectively with the team and instructing new nurses. She provided warm and compassionate care during a difficult situation for the patient.
