Kim Czata could teach all nurses to be so kind and compassionate. She treated our family member and us as good as a daughter would look after her own father and family. She is a great team player with how she talks to the nurse taking over. She talked about my husband's health concerns with us too. She educated us all and even helped our family to stay the night because we worried about him passing away in his sleep. We felt like she was our family and patient advocate.
