Kim went above and beyond to help me during my time in the hospital. She explained everything to me and was very helpful with understanding procedures and the food menu. She always came in with a smile and put one on everyone's face here.
Time in the hospital is stressful and hard away from your family and loved ones but Kim made us feel like family here and made my stay as comfortable as possible.
