recently we had a history of a abused pediatric patient(5yr old) who spent the majority of his life in a closet.his only comfort was found with his friend "the vaccum."after being admitted to the hospital he was very afraid and wanting his vaccum. kim called her husband and he went to the store and bought a toy vaccum which calmed our little patient. Her immediate concern was to calm his fears and make his stay in the hospital less stressful for him. I love that about Kim! Going above and beyond for our little kids.
