Kim should receive this award because she always goes the extra mile for patients, families and her co-workers. Her faith based, positive energy shines at work. She routinely finds good in everything. She recently supported her co-workers in a trying situation and we were comforted by her. Kim gives a lot of her free time to offer help to those that need it.
