Kim Etzkorn was unbelievably compassionate. She explained the entire process the patient would go through before, during and after the surgery. It helped us tremendously when we saw him after the surgery. She had everything down to a “T” and we weren’t caught off guard. She was very sweet and always smiling. Very genuine in all of her time with us. I would want her as a nurse anytime. Her smile and attitude was awesome. Top notch nurse. Very respectful to all of us.
