Kim is kind, compassionate, patient, and always striving to do what is right for her patients. She is a joy to work with. She is flexible, dependable, jumps right in when she gets to work, and stays late when needed without complaint. Kim has taken on the role of our unit's main RN preceptor and has oriented at least four new nurses this past year, instilling in them the same integrity and responsibility that she practices. This past year our boss told Kim she had to be part of the Culture of Caring in-services and Kim abhors public speaking as it gives her anxiety, but regardless, she did it and has done it very well.
