After a recent diagnosis, we called Sturgis Monument Health for assistance. Kim was so helpful and positive about next steps and how to provide the best care for our clients while we were in a facility. We worked with her via phone and fax to get what we needed. She was supportive and positive the entire time and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help navigate us through this trying time. She also called to follow up with us a day later and another day after that to see how everyone was doing, this was not something that needed to happen. This has been a trying time for all of us and a new way to run a business and we couldn't have done it without her guidance or help.
