Kim was taking care of my aunt, on the COVID-19 floor. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Kim as she took the time to arrange a FaceTime conversation between me and my Aunt. I never would have imagined that would have been the last time I would see her and speak to her. I will always cherish those special last moments. Thank you, Kim, for your caring heart.
