It isn't easy to care for someone with intense pain, however; Kim's warm and friendly smile put me at ease immediately. She took great care to place the IV needle into my tiny veins on the very first try and tended to my every need in preparation for my gall bladder surgery and then upon my return from surgery. Her laughter, kind sense of humor and gentle compassion were truly appreciated. She was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns with my condition, truly a very dedicated caring professional.
