My father's health and quality of life have improved dramatically over the past 5-6 months.
We are grateful for the way my father is treated by all the staff. However, we are especially grateful to Kim. She has always been courteous and friendly to residents and visitors while maintaining a professional attitude.
Kim has a smile to give to every patient regardless of the time of day or the amount of chaos that may be thrown at her. Her respect for and knowledge of her residents is truly impressive. She is modest and does not see any task as beneath her. Her resourcefulness has personally helped our family as we have dealt with issues. I have observed her willingness to help residents in any way necessary from hugging them, shaving them or wiping their faces. She is extremely organized and has done so much to make my father feel secure and confident that his needs will be met. I have never heard her complain or even grow impatient. It is apparent that she takes a great deal of pride in her job.
