Kim has been a staple on 7SA for over thirteen years. She is a hard-working and empathetic nurse. She listens to patients and works hard to meet all of their needs, both medical and emotional, in order to achieve positive outcomes. She always has your back and never shies away from a challenge. Kim thinks outside the box to solve problems and demonstrates the epitome of puttingpeoplefirst. I say people (instead of) patients because she not only takes great care ofpatients but is always looking out for her colleagues as well.

Kim has a great attitude and calm demeanor. She routinely shares her nursing knowledge, eitherinthe moment, or more formally when she is precepting new hires. Kim is also a dedicated charge nurse, keeping the floor running smoothly and ensuring that all of our patients are receiving the best care possible.
Kim is a dialysis nurse as well. Her skillful organization and calm allow her to provide efficient and safe dialysis care even during a hectic shift. Kim is so positive and always finds the good side of issues. She is an asset to the nursing profession. Working with Kim is a pleasure and we are proud to have her on the 7SA team.
