I came in as what I thought was just another patient. No matter what I was going through Kim let me know that it was ok and always had a smile no matter how many times I bothered her and asked questions. If she didn't have the answers she would find them out and would let me know. That made my stay better. Later that day, when I was crying because I missed home, she would sit and talk to calm me down. There were times I wanted to walk out but she helped me understand that it was not the doctor's fault and that I needed to stay and find out what was going on. Thank you.
