Kim has been an integral member of the Family Birthing Center for over ten years and consistently displays leadership in many areas of her job function. She was the first co-chair of our UPC and a Magnet Champion when our hospital was on our Magnet journey. She has led the cause to seek funds and assist in the creation of the Breast Cancer Bracelet Committee. She is a true role model for our nurses and her upbeat attitude and skilled nursing care is always appreciated by the patients she serves.
