Kim really cared about me as her patient. I have never ever had a nurse as caring and as positive as her, I really felt she was a friend that I could talk to. Her care and was very attentive. She took the time to explain things. My blood pressure was out of control and she came in to check and explain every 30 minutes! Again, she truly cares as a nurse and I would love her to be my friend. She is just a great nurse and a great person and a good mentor!

Kim went out of her way to ensure that I was as pain-free as possible. When Kim says she wants to help, she really means it! It's not just words. I've been here for 4 days, and I have surgery in the morning. Just knowing that she will be here when I get out is a huge relief.

Very understanding and compassionate when dealing with argumentative and combative patients. Kim is very caring and talks calmly and soothingly when all hell breaks loose with very rude, argumentative patients. She can calm stressful situations and explain why it "is" or is "not" a good choice to go against medical advice. Thank you for all your time!
