Kim has taken care of two referrals in my search for services unavailable here. She is efficient, smart, and so very kind. After the first referral, I phoned the clinic, and she asked if the U of Iowa had scheduled me. I said I hadn’t heard from them. She had sent the 100 pages of information and was surprised they hadn’t called. An hour later I had an appointment at the U of Iowa. Thanks, Kim. She has also helped me find a new O2 provider when mine wasn’t helping. She is an excellent example of what a good nurse should be.
