Kim is known for her silly jokes! If you aren’t having the best day, there’s a pretty good chance Kim will put a smile on your face.
I have worked with Kim for 4 years now. Her patient care is unmatched, she is truly a devoted caregiver and always puts the patient’s needs first. As a fellow co-worker, Kim is always willing to help. To stay late when the floor is heavy, to help anyone through a tough shift. She is one of the hardest-working nurses I know.
During the challenges on 7 East during COVID-19, Kim always showed up to work with a smiling face and a warm heart, always coming up with creative solutions and lending a helping hand or listening ear to whoever needed support. One day she blows me away with her positivity and dedication to supporting her team, and the next day I witness her interaction with her patients, and it moves my heart. The care that she provides is beyond genuine. Her patients trust her, they feel cared about, and they love the connection that she makes with each and every one of them!
