Kim is taking care of a covid positive, end-of-life patient whose family is traveling from out of state to see the patient before he passes. She has done a great job of keeping the family updated with his status. She knew the family was coming straight to the hospital from the airport without stopping to get food. She personally ordered food using her own money so that the family would have something to eat after their flight.
