Kim Lane, RN

Nurse Kim was very attentive to my mother’s needs. She was compassionate, understanding, and patient. She took the time to listen to my mom and engage in conversation with her. It is obvious that Kim loves her job, but most importantly cares deeply for her patients. Her actions and interactions with my mom are evidence she is as authentic as her words, “My favorite thing about being a nurse is learning about my patients and hearing their stories. “This is supported by her actions.

When my mom mentioned that she was feeling a little down, Kim made sure the therapy dog visited my mother. Her thoughtfulness made my mother’s day.

Also, Kim encouraged and cheered my mom as she followed the doctor’s suggestion to get up and walk.

I cannot thank Kim enough for all that she did for my mom.

All the nurses and assistants were amazing, but Kim stood out as a shining star!
