I would like to nominate Kim for her outstanding dedication, professionalism, and  compassion on our Neuro Tele Unit. Kim consistently goes above and beyond in her  role, demonstrating unwavering commitment not only to her patients but also to her  colleagues.  Her work ethic is truly admirable; she handles every challenge with grace, patience,  and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest standard of care. Kim’s  positive attitude and willingness to support others make her an invaluable member  of our team. She fosters an environment where coworkers feel encouraged,  supported, and inspired to give their best.  Kim’s genuine compassion for her patients shines in every interaction. She treats  each patient with respect, empathy, and attentiveness, making them feel valued and  cared for even in the most critical moments. Her dedication to their well-being goes  beyond her job description—it reflects her heart and character.  In every sense, Kim exemplifies excellence in nursing and teamwork.
