We had a patient arrive who had weight issues and medical issues. The patient was not well taken care of. Kim assisted the patient with a shower to help her clean up and feel better. While assisting the patient in the shower, the patient was covered in feces and matted in places. Kim assisted the patient in washing and under her breasts. Kim showed patience and kept reassuring the patient during the process. Kim deserves a gold star. Kim stated she treats patients how she would want to be treated.
