Dr. Moore makes strong contributions to the future of nursing by helping and mentoring nursing students so they can grow and develop in a positive learning environment.
As a graduate nursing student, I have observed and worked with Dr. Moore in academic and clinical settings. She is exceptional and goes above and beyond when it comes to her teaching, support, and guidance for students and her colleagues. She is strongly committed to teaching and has an inspirational influence on students. She provides helpful feedback, advice, and learning pearls both academically and clinically to students, mentoring them so they feel supported and can be successful. She works very well with others and actively engages students in her teaching.

Dr. Moore makes strong contributions to the future of nursing by helping and mentoring nursing students so they can grow and develop in a positive learning environment. She shares her knowledge and expertise from her clinical and professional experiences that students learn a great deal from. She has been my clinical site visit faculty multiple times during my education and training. She is a mentor to me and has given me insights, feedback, and advice to overcome challenges, feel encouraged and supported, and grow as a student. She truly cares about students, is deeply committed to mentoring and teaching, and wants students to be successful.

Dr. Moore represents our university very well and has strong professional relationships with her colleagues and students. She has strong expertise in family practice, integrative health and wellness, and urgent care. She has special interests in several areas including health promotion, teamwork/leadership, lifestyle modification, and nutrition. She is very positive, passionate, and dedicated to teaching. She has given many presentations and was actively involved in many renowned quality improvement and leadership/teamwork projects including TeamSTEPPS with Mayo Clinic and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. She has publications in numerous journals and is presenting her innovative integrative health research in many avenues, including several international conferences coming up this year.

Dr. Moore goes above and beyond as a faculty member, mentor, and teacher. She is an inspiration and role model to students like me. I am very grateful to have her as a professor during my education at the university and she should be recognized for all the inspiring and committed work that she does.
