Kim Neilly, RN
Kim had multiple critical ICU level patients in the Emergency Department. Through it all, she remained calm, centered, and patient-oriented. She cared not just for the patients but for the patients’ families as well. She showed true Carepassion in supporting these patients and families yesterday. Kim kept a level head and provided top-level care for all of her patients.
