kim norman, LPN

I'm not one to take time out to do this but I feel like Kim Norman does not get enough recognition for her work ethics. Kim is one of your strongest Nurses here. Working without her as one of the LPN's made me appreciate her. She makes sure her CNAs are in line and her residents are fully cared for. She doesn't complain when something is altered which could be at any time in her line of work. She cares about her CNA's. Kim is one you want to hold on your team and when she becomes an RN, I believe she would make a difference here.
